Students are eligible if they:
1. are US Citizens, permanent residents of the US and outlying islands or Freely Associated States,
2. first generation college student (parents do not currently hold a Bachelor's Degree) or low income
3. demonstrate a need for academic support,
4. are between the ages of 13 and 19 at the time of selection, AND
5. are attending Franklin Pierce, Washington, Mt. Tahoma, Lincoln, Foss, or Stadium high schools.
